Description:

We are Ireland based contracting authority. We are providing Library Service to a population of over 80,000 and operating thorough a network of our branches. We are looking for a reputed company for our requirement of Internet PCs Booking and Print Management Software. The system should be easy to use for both the library staff and the public. Initially, we will require 23 public PCs to be run on the system across 5 branches.

This software will include below modules:

1. Queuing System
2. Print Management
3. Ticket Printing and Ticket Printers
4. Integration to Horizon Library Management System
5. Bar Code Scanners
6. Reporting
7. Systems Administration
   

Providers must ensure that all hardware and software can support the euro symbol and applications operating the euro symbol.Successful provider needs provide a project manager who will be available for handholding when the system goes live at the different service points. Payment will be on invoice basis. So, interested providers are requested to apply before on or before 25th April, 2008 by 12:00pm and need to send their best quotations on given address only.
