We are India based looking to outsource our requirement related to Desktop application development. We want to develop a game application using C/C++ with any appropriate database in which 2 groups of 5 people each opposing each other should be able to setup/create/programme their monitors individually and use against each other. We need some experienced service providers for our requirement. The approximate budget for this project is 200 to 500 USD which will be paid by cheque after the completion of the work.
