We are USA Based and looking for service providers who knows about eBay stores our requirement of web design. We want to design header section and left navigation of our existing site. We need a design which is able to get general feel for our eBay store page and needs to be in line with that design. We need functionality and left navigation like http://stores.ebay.com/TiresWheelsandMore-Miami. We will provide all the source files for design. Payout would be 200 USD and We pay 50% after getting a design draft (.jpg) and 50% 2 days after we get the final files sent to us.
